The Greatest Revolution Is To Always Preserve Happiness

The greatest revolution is to always preserve happiness

In a world where hatred is promoted in all possible forms, preserving happiness and self-love is the real revolution.  It is the best way to raise the flag of one’s way of life, of one’s non-conformism in the face of injustices without losing the rhythm marked by smiles, hugs and human and warm attention for anyone who needs it.

To question oneself does not mean to enslave oneself to become better people, but to free oneself, in order to finally be able to be.  We often do the opposite: all that we are is not doing well enough in any one area. We never feel up to it.

I am not attractive enough, I am not a good mother, I never will be, this is what they tell me and what I believe. Rebel against so much malaise and proclaim the revolution of your cheerfulness. Smile, confuse people who expected to see you sad.

The revolution of joy that we all possess

With so many contradictory messages and so much uncertainty, it is common to often be driven to hate yourself. Hating our existence because we feel we are not free enough to exercise freedom. However, the  more you hate yourself, the more reasons you will give to those who want it to be. The time has come to question everything that has led us to hate ourselves and make us feel guilty, it is time to question sadness and proclaim the revolution of joy.

Leave that prison of pain and suffering that you have imposed on yourself, where all the negative memories of the past, the unanswered questions and the sins that hurt you reside.  We can never be perfect, but the worst thing is to lose happiness and self-love because we believe we are not up to it, and that the price to pay for this is to feel perpetually bankrupt and in debt.

The fallacy of the divine reward

Sometimes we think that all our suffering will be rewarded, that some supernatural force will put everything back in its place and reward us with what we deserve. We have suffered a lot, we continue to feel bad and we believe that the universe has a duty to get back on track. This is the divine reward fallacy.

Happiness will not come as a reward for your suffering,  sometimes caused by real injustices. It will come when you no longer suffer; when you will be able to give kind words and complicit smiles to someone who is having a bad time.

Cheerfulness and positivity are contagious. The attitude of eternal martyrdom will do no good either to you or to those around you. It is your responsibility to abandon this dynamic of malaise. Ask for help, express yourself, fight for what you want and try to change the circumstances.

The revolution of leaving hate aside

It is neither worry nor intention to unload all the blame on the society to which you belong; it is a question of being aware of the fact that most of the harmful messages that surround us  foment aggression, selfishness, false morality and uncontrolled consumerism. We are all active parts of the world and, for that, we need to be able to set limits.

Living in freedom implies assuming one’s rights and duties, but not useless needs, especially when these bring nothing. Choose anything that makes you feel good and that doesn’t hurt others. So simple, so effective.

An ordinary person can start a revolution without declaring it

You can start a small revolution in the world.  You can demonstrate that, despite everything you have experienced, you are committed to improving and exporting an original product, which cannot be bought or sold: the unconditional approval of yourself, the commitment to the things that really interest you and the refusal. of stereotypes and stigmas that do not represent you.

Leave it to others. You undertake a much greater undertaking: that of loving each other and not suffering more than necessary because you do not want to. These individual revolutions are the ones that have the greatest impact on the people we meet.

Ideals made deeds, people are more concerned with the true well-being than with the successes of others. This is the revolution that never creates distrust wherever it passes.
